Established in 2022, Synergy Jewelry was the first permanent jewelry business in the Great Lakes Bay Region! We currently serve the Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Mount Pleasant, and Frankenmuth areas.

How Permanent Jewelry Works
It all starts by selecting a sterling silver or 14k gold-filled chain from a variety of styles.
Then, you have the option to choose from a selection of many different hand-picked charms and connectors to take your look to the next level.
After you have selected your chain and accessories, we size the chain to our suggested fit, apply a temporary clasp for you to test out the sizing, adjust it until you feel comfortable, then we weld the chain together with our top of the line equipment and tools to ensure long-lasting wear.
And just like that, you have a forever piece of effortless, claspless jewelry!
About Our Story
Renee Smith, Co-Owner
ShayLee Smith, Co-Owner
Renee and ShayLee’s friendship goes back to their freshman year of college in 2015. They met at cheer tryouts at Northwood University, where they decided to be roommates for their first year. Both graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2019, they always had their own entrepreneurial spirit. Synergy Jewelry all came to light when Renee took ShayLee with her on an adventure to the metro Detroit area to get a permanent bracelet. Jokingly, they both made a few comments about how they could start their own permanent jewelry business. They ended up spending the whole ride home talking up their business plan. It didn’t take long from that night to when Synergy Jewelry was created! What was originally an imaginary business idea turned into a fully functioning business all within a few weeks!
