What are the bracelets and charms made of?

All Italian bracelets and charms are made out of stainless steel. Our gold Italian bracelets and charms are PVD plated.

What do your bracelets and charms cost?

Our base bracelets are $25. We also have keychains that are $15/each. Our regular charms are $6/each and our dangle charms and Synergy Exclusive charms are $8/each.

How many links are in a base bracelet?

A base bracelet is a standard 18 blank links, which fits wrist sizes 7-7.5".

How many charms make a bracelet?

It all depends on your wrist size! Bracelets for an adult can be anywhere from 16-22 total charms. Check out our sizing guide to figure out how many you need!

How do I assemble my bracelet?

Italian charm bracelets are made up of individual links that stretch and connect together, no tools needed (although we do have one if you find it easier to use it).

To add a charm:

  1. Hold your bracelet with both hands
  2. Gently stretch apart the link where you want to add your charm
  3. Slide your new charm into place, hooking it onto the link
  4. Release to lock it in

You can add or remove charms at any time to change up your bracelet or adjust the fit.

All charms are designed to face the same direction on your bracelet.

Can I get the bracelets wet?

Italian charm bracelets are made to last and are highly resistant to tarnishing, so they can handle getting a little wet. That said, we recommend removing them before showering, going in pools, hot tubs, or hot springs, working out, or any other prolonged water exposure to keep it looking its best.

Can I return or exchange them?

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. That said, if anything ever comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to take care of you!
